These are the Key Steps towards a healthy lifestyle:

  1. Start each day with fresh lemon or lime water with a dash of cayenne.
  2. Increase your intake of raw and living foods; strive for 50% raw-MAKE ONE GREEN SMOOTHIE EACH DAY: Spinach, apple or strawberries, water, flax or chia seeds and/or coconut oil.
  3. Drink half of your body weight in good, clean, water every day to flush out fat, acids, and chemicals. (E.g. if you weigh 180lbs, you need to drink 90 oz of water) Chew your water and drink your food!
  4. Follow the alkaline lifestyle and watch your body heal from arthritis, overweight, diabetes and other degenerative health issues.
  5. Get adequate rest and resolve spiritual and emotional stress. The best sleep occurs in the hours before midnight, so try to go to bed early and get eight hours of restful sleep. Sleepy time or Chamomile Tea.
  6. Exercise: walking, stretching, yoga, QiGong, and Tai Chi. Bask daily in the sunshine to get Vitamin D and to charge the pineal gland. EARTHING!
  7. Evaluate your indoor environment. Do you work under fluorescent lights all day? How about your home…are your cleaners and detergents slowly killing you? Get live green plants to filter your indoor air.
  8. Fat free meals make you fat! Good fats dissolve fats and feed the brain– no hydrogenated fats. Use olive, flax and coconut oils but no vegetable or canola oils (What’s a canola anyway? adulterated rapeseed oil). Reduce animal products, and choose only lean, organic and free range meats and eggs. Completely avoid cured (smoked) meats.
  9. Go gluten free, non-gmo, organic and green – the best insurance against cancer and other disease. Non GMO.
